Support text
It's important that customers, both exisiting and potential, are able to conatct you if they have questions about delivery, product info or want to get some general advice before purchasing.
The support text section allows you to show information customer service info on any page.
Getting Started
Go to
Online store→Theme→CustomiseBy default, you will not see this section pre-loaded
Scroll to the bottom of the panel and
Add section
How do i customise the Support text?
The Support text section only has section settings and can be configured with ease.
Image - upload an image/avatar to signal that customers can contact you
Body text - add contact information i.e phone number or an email address
You can change the background and text color of the section to perosnalise this section
