By proactively addressing customer concerns, this section helps remove uncertainty, reduce support inquiries, and build trust with first-time visitors. Whether it's clarifying shipping options or explaining product care, well-crafted FAQs can be the final nudge someone needs before hitting “Add to Cart.”

Getting Started

• Go to Online store → Theme → Customise

• By default, you will see you predefined list of sections

• To add the Collapsable content section, scroll to the bottom of the panel and Add section

• Select Collapsable content → save

Now we can make adjustments to the following section settings;

• Paddings: This adjusts the top and bottom paddings of the section to control whitespace

• Heading: add a section header to explain to customer how to interact with this section

• Body text: You can add some descriptive text here that offer customers some support when seeking extra info.

Now we can make adjustments to the following block settings;

• Heading: Your can write the title of your question here.

• Body text: Write a matching answer to the above question.
